Terry and Suzy offer the complete professional service, ensuring your clients find their holiday apartment cleaned to the highest standard, ready for their vacation to commence. Mattresses can be steam cleaned to ensure complete hygiene prior to your next client's arrival. We can also organise a grocery/welcome pack, so there is no rushing out to shop for the necessities.
Builders/Installation Clean - 850 DH
Premium Clean - (first clean of the season) - 500 DH
Changeover clean including laundry as follows:
2 people 350 DH
4 people 500 DH
6 people 650 DH
Mid-week clean - 165 DH
Mattresses Steam Cleaned and Vacuumed - 100 DH (per mattress)
Full inventory check - 100 DH(Initial inventory to be supplied by Proprietor)
All our service charges are subject to local tax (TVA), not included

We also accept British Sterling at the current exchange rate.
The following Terms and Conditions have been drawn up to protect our clients and CC Services personnel.
1. A minimum of two week’s notice is required, to enable us to schedule our client’s requirements into our calendar and to provide adequate staffing levels.
2. All payments to be made by prior arrangement (ie cheque to our business address in UK) and must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Invoices will be charged in Moroccan Dirham. British Sterling and Euros will be accepted at the current exchange rate as posted at Bank Populaire on the date of invoice. Cash payments can be made by proprietors directly to CC Services s.a.r.l. at Cabo Negro, again within 30 days of invoice date. If payment is not received within 30 days, interest will be charged at 12% per annum, calculated on a daily basis and all services will be withdrawn by CC Services s.a.r.l. until full payment, including compound interest, has been received.
3. A key to each apartment to be provided by the proprietor, this will be given a unique customer number, identifiable only by CC Services s.a.r.l. and will be kept locked in our key safe at all times, unless being used to gain access to client’s property to carry out our cleaning service.
4. CC Services cannot be held responsible for any broken or missing items, unless a full inventory check has been carried out at the end of each rental period, a charge of 110 Dh for this service, if requested, to be itemised on our invoice. Initial inventory to be supplied by client.
5. Sheets, pillowcases and towels to be provided by the client. This to consist of a minimum of 2 sets for each bed, one set for use, one set for laundry. The laundry service will be provided by a local company.
6. Electrical equipment is not tested.
7. CC Services s.a.r.l. aim to be competitive, we do however reserve the right to alter our charges and all invoices will be charged at current prices posted on our website at the time of placing the order.
8. Service will not commence until written agreement of our Terms and Conditions has been received by CC Services s.a.r.l., this can be sent by email.
9. Invoices to be emailed to clients on completion of each rental period. If email is not possible, this can be posted and will be charged and itemised on invoice.
10. Cancellation of contract – 4 week’s notice is required in writing.
